Revival Einkorn
Einkorn… wait it’s actually wheat? That’s kinda how the first conversation goes when I tell people I helped co-found a brand called Revival Einkorn. But when I tell them this isn’t ordinary wheat, that in fact it’s earth’s first wheat – low in gluten – high in protein, fiber and beta carotene – and never hybridized or messed with by science they are suddenly intrigued. Sustainably grown and harvested in Spain - einkorn is able to thrive in low water conditions and has been identified as the first crop to be cultivated by humans in the early Neolithic period. Today, we can enjoy the same , pure wheat that nature intended, in the form of organic pasta and crackers - no mortar and pestle required.
